Mathilde Louette is a student at the Ecole Normale Supérieure of Paris, France. She has completed an MA in American Literature working on Allen Ginsberg and William Burroughs, and in December 2014 organized a tribute conference at the ENS for the hundredth anniversary of Burroughs’ birth, entitled: William Burroughs, le dernier humaniste ? which included guest speakers Barry Miles and Jean-Jacques Lebel.
