Antonio José Bonome García

Antonio Bonome is a visual artist and philologist currently writing his PhD thesis on William S. Burroughs’ work as process-based art. A fascination with the idea of ‘writing in images’ has prompted Antonio to read a number of papers at a number of international conferences on Burroughs’ writing machines as revolutionary proto-hypertexts. He has recently presented his paper ‘The Visual Arts and William S. Burroughs’ at the Avant-Garde Writing Symposium hosted by Ohio State University.
