Ârash Aminian has a BA degree in English and German Literature from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), Belgium. He is at present engaged in an MA in English and French Literature and, under the supervision of Beat specialist Dr. Franca Bellarsi, writing a Master’s thesis devoted to an existentialist reading of Kerouac (“Existence and Truth(s): Kerouac’s Wild Existentialism in Dialogue”). He is also completing an MA in Philosophy, working with Sartrean specialist Dr. Juliette Simont. He explores the interrelationship between the subject and the body (“Une subjectivation incarnée ? Sartre, Merleau-Ponty, Derrida, Nancy résonnent”).
