Beth Huber is an Assistant Professor of English and former Director of the Writing, Rhetoric, and Critical Studies program at Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, North Carolina. Her research is centered on Cold War rhetoric and its socio-political effects on academic and literary activism from the mid 1950s to mid 1970s. Beth is also a playwright and activist whose primary goal is to affect social change through experiential theatre.
