Esther Marinho Santana

I am a PhD Candidate in Literary Theory and Criticism at University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Brazil, with a Doctoral Grant funded by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). I am the International Secretary for Latin America for the Edward Albee Society. In 2018, I was a Segal Fellow at the Martin E. Segal Theatre Center, and a Visiting Scholar at the Graduate Center, at City University of New York. I have presented papers at international conferences, and published articles in Brazilian journals in the fields of Comparative Studies in American and Brazilian 20th century theatres; Artaudian theories; and Metadrama.
