Frank Rynne teaches at Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris 2). He
achieved both a BA (Hons) and PhD at Trinity College Dublin. Prior to engaging in academia he co-curated the first major joint show of William S. Burroughs and Brion Gysin’s paintings, the 1992 Here to Go Show at the Project Arts Centre in Dublin. Rynne did the archival and literary research as well as the interviews for the book Man from Nowhere Storming the Citadels of Enlightenment with William Burroughs and Brion Gysin that was published as part of the Here to Go Show. Frank Rynne is a founder and editor of the Burroughs 100 Official website and of the Official William S. Burroughs Facebook page. Since 1992 he has worked extensively with The Master Musician of Joujouka and co-organises their annual festival .
