LCK! was established in the late 1980s for the purpose of creating a memorial park dedicated to Jack Kerouac in Lowell. Mission accomplished!!
LCK! has been producing festivals for over 30 years, held in March (Kerouac’s birthday) and October (the anniversary of his death).
