Maarten van Gageldonk

Maarten van Gageldonk is working on a PhD project on the American publisher Grove Press and their literary-cultural magazine Evergreen Review (1957-1973) at the Radboud University Nijmegen, the Netherlands. He teaches a first year course in American Studies and is an editor for the Dutch academic journal Tijdschrift voor Tijdschriftstudies (‘Periodical for Periodical Studies’). He has also published on the American multimedia magazine Aspen (1965-1971). His interests lie in 1950s and 1960s culture, periodicals and film.
