I have obtained both my BA and MA from Iranian universities. Over the course of the past ten years, I have delved into various literary texts affected by WWI and WWII. I worked on the novels of D. H. Lawrence for my MA thesis, in which I analyzed the influence of WWI on two Novels. Additionally, I worked on psychoanalytic theories of Freud, Lacan, and Zizek. As I have been very fond of the counterculture movement, I started studying Beat Generation, and in my future studies, I would like to study subjectivity and identity in the Beat Generation. I am planning to conduct a comparative study of psychoanalysis and Buddhism in the Beats’ key texts.
