Robert W. Jones is currently in the first year of his PhD at the University of Leicester. His research is focused on William S. Burroughs’ work from approximately 1959-1972. He is presenting “Visceral Landscapes: The Somatic Philosophy of William S. Burroughs” at the 56th annual BAAS conference in April 2011.

Burroughs; Aesthetics; Film; Allen Ginsberg; Post World War II ex-pat Authors; Brion Gysin; Music; Wilhelm Reich; Somaesthetics; American Pragmatism; Cybernetics; 20th Century British and American Literature; Literatures in Translation.
