Kirsty Allison

Kirsty Allison is the author of the cult novel Psychomachia (Wrecking Ball Press, 2021), Now is Now (poems and lyrics &c 2007-2020) (Cold Lips Press, 2020), and various other works in all media. She has performed internationally, as a DJ, with a band, musicians, and just her voice, with a new collection of performances coming in 2027, and novels in progress. She collaborated with Bill Drummond on a screenplay (in dev), Poppies In The Field. Her poetry films have shown in galleries and festivals including the Tate. She was the third and final editor of Ambit, and previously culture editor at DJMag. Founder of Cold Lips Press, she is widely published on independent presses and larger media platforms with awards for independent film, BBC radio documentary and copywriting. She hosts and broadcasts.
