Lucrezia Vittoria D’Erme is an independent researcher, writer and editor based in Italy. Her work explores themes of exile, desire, urban alienation and subcultural aesthetics, with a particular interest in the intersections between literature and image-making. Her engagement with Beat Studies centers especially on the work and legacy of William S. Burroughs and the afterlives of Beat sensibilities in contemporary media. Alongside her research, she is developing KINKO, an interdisciplinary publication dedicated to fashion, film, literature, and criticism.
