    Dear Erik,

I do not really know if you still remember me. We shared some letters and info about 8 years ago when I was completing my PhD on Jack Kerouac and the Beat Generation. Now I have gladly noticed your name among the members of the network and decided to write to you again. I hope we shall have the opportunity to work on some projects within the context of this network too.

Looking forward to hearing from you,
    Margaret.
